Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.

To prolong the life of your T-shirt, follow the care instructions on the product label. Generally, washing in cold water and avoiding excessive heat during drying is recommended.


How do I determine my T-shirt size?

To find your perfect size, refer to our size chart available on each product page. This chart provides measurements to help you select the right fit.


What materials are your T-shirts made of?

Our T-shirts are made from high-quality, breathable, and comfortable materials. Check the product descriptions for specific material details.


Do you store my payment details?

For your security, we do not store your payment details on our servers. Your payment information is processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partners.


Is my payment information secure?

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option?

No, we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option. We exclusively accept online payments for a seamless and secure shopping experience.

Do you ship on weekends and Indian holidays?

We typically ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding major Indian holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


What if I'm not at home during the delivery?

If you're not at home during delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery but only twice. You can also contact the carrier directly to arrange a suitable delivery time or pick up your package from their local facility.


What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. If you discover an error, contact our customer support support@snpy.store immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll update the address. If it's already shipped, we'll assist you, but additional charges may apply.


How do I track my order?

1. Log on to our website with your registered number.

2. Click on your account and go to My Orders

3. Click on the Order Details section to get the information on the Tracking Company, Tracking Number and Tracking Link.

Also, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this number also to track your package's progress.


Do you offer international shipping from India?

At the moment, we primarily focus on domestic shipping within India. We do not offer international shipping. However, if you're interested in international shipping, please contact us at support@snpy.store, and we'll do our best to assist you with your specific request.


How long does it take to receive my order?

We'll get your order to you as soon as possible. Although delivery times can vary based on your location, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, ensuring a speedy delivery experience.


What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SNPY. If, for any reason, you need to exchange or return your T-shirt, please review our return policy once:

You can return any unworn and unwashed T-Shirt with tags attached within 7 days of receiving your order. The fastest way to start a return is write to us at support@snpy.store, providing your order ID and reason for the return. We will guide through the process.

We do not offer any refunds on orders due to the labor-intensive nature of our product creation process. Please do not receive a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. If you receive a T-Shirt that's damaged, please contact us at support@snpy.store within 48 hours of receiving the products along with images.

We offer size exchanges only for the same product and color that you've purchased. If you used your membership passes for the purchase, we'll adjust your points balance accordingly to reflect the new purchase.
